We import premium huge plaice fillets from Holland, where the fish is almost considered sacred. Usually, we give you the option of dark side or white side fillets. Because they are heavier and thicker and, in our opinion, taste better, dark is more expensive. Two fillets of plaice are included in each pack; one has been wrapped in a freezer bag so you can take it one at a time if needed. In addition, we offer the entire plaice, which has been trimmed and gutted in preparation for cooking.
